Indoor Meetings

– The Oaks offers two conference rooms. The first, a 800 sq. ft. classroom style conference room complete with dry eraser boards, flat screen television with DVD/VCR/SAT and pull down projector screen. |
Outdoor Meeting Areas

– The football/soccer field, basketball court and fire pit areas are just a few ideal outdoor meeting locations. Tents of all shapes and sizes are available to accommodate your particular event size. |
Projectors/Podium/Equipment – The Oaks rents technical equipment and other necessary meeting related equipment. Supplies are also available if ordered at least a week in advance. Equipment available for rent Includes:
