Indoor Meetings

 

The Oaks offers two conference rooms. The first, a 800 sq. ft. classroom style conference room complete with dry eraser boards, flat screen television with DVD/VCR/SAT and pull down projector screen. The second, our lounge room that is also equipped with a flat screen television DVD/VCR/SAT. This room seats about 50-60 in a classroom type setting.

 

 

 

Outdoor Meeting Areas

 

The football/soccer field, basketball court and fire pit areas are just a few ideal outdoor meeting locations. Tents of all shapes and sizes are available to accommodate your particular event size.

 

 

 

Projectors/Podium/Equipment


The Oaks rents technical equipment and other necessary meeting related equipment. Supplies are also available if ordered at least a week in advance. Equipment available for rent Includes:
1. Multi media projectors
2. Portable projector screens
3. Podiums
4. PA systems
